Grifolla frondosa is also known as Hen of the woods, Signorina mushroom, Polypore en touffe, Klapperschwamm, Gallina dei boschi, Zec gljiva, Eikhaas, Gírgola de castanyer, Ágas tapló, its Japanese name Maitake means “dancing mushroom”.
Delicious and edible grows in the northeastern part of Japan, North America, northern part of Europe and China.
Main uses of the Grifolla frondosa powder
